This converter module uses a MAX3232 (MAX232) to convert the standard RS232 serial signal to TTL (5V) standard. This module allows you to connect your microcontroller to the serial port of your computer without complications. No driver is required. It allows the connection of an additional serial port by connecting another connector to the T2I / T2O and R2I / R2O pins. It has LEDs to indicate the communication status.
